My Approach

For a lucky few, a nutrient-dense diet can be all that’s needed to bring about optimal health, but for those of us with chronic gut issues, mould illness or long-term skin rashes, we require much, much more.

My approach is to peel back the layers and work out what’s causing the dysfunction and WHY your body is reacting in a specific way.

I’ll help you to make sense of your symptoms, whilst staying open-minded to all of the possible causes, especially for those who feel that ‘they’ve tried everything’. I hear this a lot, but often it means we just need to dig deeper. That’s where the experience of a practitioner comes in.

Finding your root cause

Having someone on your team who understands how each body system is connected, which areas need the most support and in what order, can save years of trying to figure it out alone or doing the things that may work for others, which fail to address your individual needs.

Expect no ‘quick fixes’ or band-aid solutions here, but a thorough approach designed to create long-lasting change.

Whilst I want you to feel good as quickly as possible, we need to work together to identify your root causes, which can be a combination of factors, all affecting one another. My role is to play detective, listening to what you feel and how your symptoms show up for you, whilst using my clinical experience to create a targetted protocol.

A personalised approach

Whilst we each share the same physiology, our nutrient intake and absorption, type of gut microbes, immune response, toxin exposures, stress levels, past experiences and genetics, all affect our health today.

Even those with similar conditions can have wildly different levels of gut function, immune responses and ability to eliminate toxins.

When working together, every protocol is personalised, depending on your health goals and what your body requires to get there.

I teach my clients how to build a healthy foundation, whilst identifying nutrient gaps and obstacles that once removed, allow the body to go about its daily processes again.
