Prepping for your Session

Before our first session together, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire and food diary to complete. This will allow me to build a picture of how your body systems are functioning and an insight into your typical diet before we meet. I will spend an hour reviewing your intake forms, making note of specific areas for us to focus on, so that we make the best use of our time together.

The Initial Session

The first session is an up to 90-minute deep dive into your health, getting to know you, exploring your health history, your current symptoms, when it all began, what makes it better or worse, your food preferences, health goals and much more. We’ll start to join the dots, based on everything that you have sent over, before the session too.

For our session, get comfy, choose somewhere where you can discuss your personal health details openly and bring a drink (plus a snack if needed).

Your Protocol

After the session, I will begin working on a personalised protocol, combining nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, designed to address what we have uncovered so far. Up to 3 hours of research time may also be undertaken, depending on the symptoms. Functional testing recommendations will also be given, with the option to order and review the findings at the next session.

The protocol will typically be for 6-8 weeks.

Messaging Support

If you have any questions, concerns or changes in symptoms, messaging support is available to help you implement the current protocol. We might need to adjust the pace or make small tweaks, depending on how your body responds. If there are new issues that you would like to work on, they should be brought to the next session (rather than via messenger), to allow us to discuss in detail and put a plan in place that addresses the causes.

Weekly Progress Updates

Each week, you will be prompted to fill out a short check-in form along with recent meal photos (both are optional) to monitor your progress and discuss in the next session. It’s a chance to provide additional guidance, as well as gaining an insight into how things are going for you, in between sessions. This might include any changes you notice whilst adding in a new supplement, various challenges or small improvements. It’s easy to forget much of this, 4-8 weeks later, but all of these details can provide clues and help to inform our next protocol.

Full client discounts are given on lab tests and supplements (in the UK & Europe). If you are considering ordering tests, it may be more cost-effective to order when working together.

The fast-track option is for those looking to order all of their lab tests upfront or have multiple recent lab tests reviewed, to find out as much as possible and begin addressing it right away. It combines a comprehensive initial session with lab interpretations and a more targeted 6-8 week personalised protocol, lots of ‘behind the scenes time’, weekly progress updates, plus support during this time.

I will spend a few hours reviewing your intake forms and any existing lab tests, making note of specific areas for us to focus on, so that we make the best use of our time together.

If you don’t have any recent lab tests, suitable options can be recommended for you (based on the discovery call and form). Gathering as much data as possible during this initial stage will help us to create a more targeted approach over the next few months.

Follow-up Session

After our first 6-8 weeks of working together, the follow-up sessions provide continued 1:1 support, to move your health forward.

Session & Protocol Updates

The follow-up includes a 60-minute session to find out how it’s been going, review symptoms (including your weekly check-in forms and meals), test results, troubleshoot any issues, find our where you need additional guidance, make protocol adjustments, come up with new priorities or change our focus, to address your initial health goals.
