What to Expect

Regaining health is a process that takes time, commitment and intention.

That’s why I like to work with my clients for 4-6 months to see meaningful results. For those with more chronic issues, the timeframe may be longer, but we should still expect to see improvements as each month passes.

The process may involve functional testing, dietary and lifestyle changes, supplements to correct deficiencies and other nutraceuticals, enzymes and functional health tools.

Our journey will be led by your main health concerns, test results and symptoms, as we look to address the issues that have been holding you back.

During this time, we will build a strong foundation by establishing solid nutrition and hydration practices. The focus will always be on including real, whole foods from both the animal and plant kingdom. Dietary recommendations will be based on what you can tolerate. We’ll gradually work to expand this, as your gut function improves.

We’ll also discuss factors such as sleep, light, movement and nervous system support. Targetted supplementation will be used as we prioritise the body systems which need the most support, allowing us to get to the root of your issues and make impactful changes.
