We can either use your symptoms to guide our work together (which may mean a more experimental approach) or make use of functional testing to help rule in or out, certain root causes. Whilst no test is foolproof, they can speed up the process (especially when they uncover a major issue) by removing a lot of the guesswork and allowing us to create a targeted protocol.
